Subject: Toolbar Preferences Dialog has extra sections?

Compare the Preferences dialogs you get when you choose File, Preferences and when you right-click on the toolbar and choose Toolbar Preferences. The Toolbar version contains some extra sections. They look like eclipse preferences to me (there's a General/Perspectives pref pane). Most of these 'extra' panes don't really work - you'll get errors indicating invalid responses if you try to change any of the defaults. Looks like those extra panes aren't supposed to be visible.
